Alba presents the new Gemma seating collection.
Designed by Stefano Bettio, Gemma is a chair with a technopolymer monoshell proposed for community and contract environments, but not only. In fact, the monoshell rests on a wide selection of frames and bases that give Gemma a great dynamism of use, making it suitable for heterogeneous environments and areas, such as as conference rooms and offices, coworking spaces, up to educational and home office contexts.
Essential and decisive, Gemma's design is characterised by a distinctive line of strength running down the back of the backrest, and by a wide selection of colours for both the shell and the frames, two stylistic elements that contribute to emphasising the collection's dynamism.
The colours proposed for the collection include 6 different shades: the classic ivory, black and grey, and the natural green, yellow and red. These colours are available for the monoshell, undershell cover and armrests, as well as for the bases and frames, with the addition of a chrome finish.
In the wide range of frames and bases offered within the collection, Gemma is also available in a stool version, offered with a stackable 4-leg frame with footrest, in two different heights.
The stylistic and aesthetic features of the collection go hand in hand with aspects of practicality and functionality, as in the case of the 4-leg Conference frame, which is distinguished by its stacking capacity: this version allows for stable, perfectly vertical stacking, guaranteeing optimal and effective space management. This type of frame is also available in a version with side hooks, which allow the chairs to be firmly joined when placed side by side.
The collection is completed with the accessories compartment, which offers various solutions in terms of glides, armrests, tablets and upholsterable seat panels.
